This wine is a blend of 50% Encruzado, 35% Malvasia Fina, 10% Bical, and 10% Cerceal, grown organically on nutrient-poor granite soils high elevation vineyards in the Dão. This cool climate wine showcases all the goodness Portuguese wine has to offer. Rich, bright stone fruit and a touch of saltiness make this a great food wine, versatile with seafood and poultry off the grill, fresh veggies, or a more serious cut of fish.
